PALM SUNDAY WORSHIP — March 29 @ 10 AM

Palm Sunday Palm Sunday marks Jesus’s triumphal entry into Jerusalem, kicking off Holy Week. Celebrated by Christians with church processions, waving blessed palm branches, and reading the Passion narrative, it recalls crowds welcoming Jesus as King. It signifies humility, peace, and the start of the Passion week

MAUNDY THURSDAY WORSHIP — APRIL 2 @ 7 PM

Maundy Thursday begins the Three Days (or Triduum), remembering the new commandment that Christ gave us in word and deed as he taught us how to love one another, washing our feet as a servant. We also celebrate the Lord’s Supper, remembering the meal Christ shared with his disciples before his death.

GOOD FRIDAY WORSHIP — April 3 @ 7PM

On Good Friday we witness the tragedy of Jesus’ suffering and death on the cross, where he gave his life for us and our salvation.

At Hope, we observe a Tenebrae service. “Tenebrae” is the Latin word for “shadows. The service is made up of scripture readings from the Gospels’ Passion narratives, separated by hymns. This moving service is held on April 18 begining at 7:00 p.m.

THE GREAT EASTER VIGIL — April 4 @ 6 PM

 Keeping the Great Vigil of Easter is an ancient  tradition in the Christian Church and celebrates resurrection through music, story, symbol, sacrament, and drama – all led by an intergenerational team of Hope members and developed by the Hope Youth Group.

This special worship service completes the narrative arc of the “Three Days” – Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, the Great Vigil on Holy Saturday – and is a wholly different kind of worship experience than Easter Sunday morning. We hope you and your whole family will join us on Saturday, April 19, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. for this remarkable celebration.

Come celebrate Easter at Hope! Worship begins at 10:00 a.m. Whether this is your first Easter or your one hundreth all are welcome to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!

Following worship the annual Easter Egg hunt for babies to 5th graders will be held, bring your baskets!
